By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed to all of the Terms of Sale set out below and on the website. Please take some time to review these Terms of Sale before placing any orders.

This website ("this website") is owned and operated by The Hidden Pipe (hereinafter "THP").

By placing an order with THP, you are offering to purchase a product. All information provided to us should be true and accurate, and in doing so, you are the authorized user of the payment method provided.

THP reserves the right to cancel any orders without prior notice if the product(s) in question is out of stock.

All orders placed on the website cannot be modified or cancelled.

In the event that your order / a part of your order is unavailable, irregardless of any reasons, a cash refund will be facilitated without prior notice.

Ordering

To place an order with THP, kindly select the correct product(s) and correct pickup or delivery dates before completing the check out process.

You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all orders. In the event that an incorrect product is ordered, THP shall not be held liable to amend/cancel/combine any confirmed orders.

Kindly ensure that the shipping address provided at check out is valid and correct. THP shall not be responsible for failed deliveries caused by the provision of incorrect/incomplete addresses.

All delivery orders will be dispatched on the selected delivery date.

All pickup orders will be prepared on the selected pickup date.

Price

All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Singapore Dollars.

The prices quoted are not inclusive of the prevailing tax rate (GST). GST will be calculated at the final check out page.

Promotion

All promotions advertised on the respective websites have a validity period. To confirm if the promotions are still in force, please call the respective establishments.

Payment

We accept online payment via Visa, MasterCard and American Express only.

In the event where a refund is required, it will be processed via your original mode of payment.

In the event that an item lists an incorrect price, THP reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or had been processed.

Discount codes

If you wish to utilise a discount code on your order, please ensure to enter and apply the code before completing the check out process.

No refunds will be made for cases where you have failed to enter the discount code after the order has been confirmed.

Orders placed using discount codes are not applicable for any adjustments, exchanges and refunds.

Discount codes are strictly non-extendable after their expiry date.

Free delivery only applies for standard delivery with $70 (before tax, after discounted price) spending and above.

Local delivery

For local delivery, orders will be processed and sent out by our own delivery partner on the selected delivery date.

Local delivery fees are chargeable at $10 (including GST). In the event that a part of your purchases is unavailable and removed from your order regardless of any reasons, the delivery charges will not be reimbursed and any one-time promotional codes utilised will not be applicable to your next order.

All our products are produced freshly everyday by our kitchen and bakery team, and there may be slight differences in colour, size or shape between every item.

Return and Refund Policy

1. If there is any issue with the delivered Products, you shall immediately contact THP by way of Whatsapp messenger to 8158 1785 and in any event such notification via message shall be lodged within twenty four (24) hours after receipt of the Products. The Drunken Poet reserves the right to refuse any returned Product where a message via Whatsapp is not submitted or attached.

2. You acknowledge and accept that all returned Products will be subject to an examination by THP, its merchant, manufacturer or supplier. The Drunken Poet reserves the right to refuse to replace or issue the refund for the returned Products in the following situations, including without limitation: (a) Change of Products without any specific reason; (b) Products with missing merchandise serial number or product code; (c) Non-faulty Products; (d) Promotional items.

When payment is made by debit/credit card (VISA / MasterCard), you acknowledge and consent that your personal data such as your name and debit/credit card number may be disclosed to third parties processing such debit/credit card transactions, including debit/credit card companies, banks and payment gateways, and may be used, processed and stored by such third parties to facilitate payments for your orders placed.

We respect your privacy and we’re committed to ensuring your privacy by respecting the confidentiality of the personal information that you may provide us – such information includes your name, address, email address, contact number and credit card details. Please be assured that such data will be used solely to facilitate site management and the execution of orders.

We will not share, intentionally sell or distribute your personal information to third parties, unless the disclosure is absolutely necessary to enable our representatives to perform or fulfil your delivery. In only this regard, you hereby acknowledge, agree and consent that the said representatives may disclose or process your personal information to perform their duties.
